Reorder Readiness: What to Confirm Before You Reorder
A reorder is not simply a repeat of an old purchase order. Before another run, a brand needs to confirm which sample and specification are the reference, what has changed, whether selected materials are available and what timing the new quantity requires. A written pre-reorder review helps prevent assumptions from turning into production instructions. It is a buyer checklist, not a guarantee that a future batch will be identical to a previous one.
